The Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) Program refers to a TVET delivered by an enterprise, including programs that are developed and recommended by recognized industry boards and industry associations, which may be stand-alone or linked with a technical vocational institution.

Assessment and certification of the competencies of the middle-level skilled workers through PTQCS.

Isang kasunduan ang nilagdaan sa pagitan ng Provincial Technical Education and Skills Development Center (PTESDC) – Taytay at National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) sa pamamagitan ng isang Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). Layon ng pagtutulungang ito na maghatid ng mga angkop na skills training programs para sa piling kawani ng NCMH, partikular ang mga pre-retirees, job order personnel, at contractual workers, upang higit pang masuportahan ang kanilang career growth at mga oportunidad sa kabuhayan.

A total of three hundred forty-four (344) individuals—representing a diverse cross-section of society—successfully completed the one-day free training sessions on All-Purpose Cleaner and Bleach Making held from June 5 to 13, 2025. Among the participants were fifty-two (52) youth, nineteen (19) uniformed personnel, seventeen (17) senior citizens, three (3) overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), six (6) persons with disabilities (PWDs), eleven (11) 4Ps beneficiaries, one (1) out-of-school youth, and one (1) solo parent.
