CY 2025 TESDA IV-A (CALABARZON) TVET Statistics

For Calendar Year (CY) 2025, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Region IV-A (CALABARZON) recorded strong performance in the implementation of its Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs, reflecting sustained efforts to expand access, improve completion outcomes, and strengthen the competency assessment and certification system.

A total of 105,661 enrollees were served across various training delivery modes. Of this number, 93,383 trainees successfully graduated, demonstrating a high completion rate across programs. Under the Institution-Based Training (IBT) modality, TESDA IV-A registered 61,916 enrollees, with 58,029 graduates, accounting for the largest share of TVET participation in the region. Meanwhile, Enterprise-Based Training (EBT) posted 9,800 enrollees and 4,426 graduates, highlighting continued engagement with industry partners. The Community-Based Training (CBT) modality accommodated 33,591 enrollees, with 30,593 graduates, underscoring the region’s commitment to reaching marginalized and priority sectors. Additionally, monitored training programs recorded 354 enrollees and 335 graduates.

In terms of assessment and certification, TESDA IV-A assessed a total of 148,740 individuals, of which 138,247 were certified, resulting in a certification rate of 92.95 percent. This high certification rate reflects the effectiveness of the region’s quality assurance mechanisms and the readiness of TVET graduates to meet industry standards.

Further strengthening the TVET ecosystem, the region registered 447 new training programs, accredited 448 new competency assessors, and recognized 780 new assessment centers during the year. These developments significantly enhanced TESDA IV-A’s capacity to deliver quality training, assessment, and certification services throughout CALABARZON.

Overall, the CY 2025 TVET statistics affirm TESDA IV-A’s continued commitment to producing competent, certified, and employable Filipino workers aligned with regional and national workforce demands.
