TESDA Director General Secretary Joel Villanueva urged the participants of the 2nd Calabarzon TVET Congress to play an active role in the ASEAN Economic Community. Speaking before a crowd of 715 Administrators and officers of public and private tech voc institutions (TVIs) and Department of Education 4A offcials, Sec Joel said that the TVIs should continue producing certified graduates who will be part of the global workforce.
The Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) Program refers to a TVET delivered by an enterprise, including programs that are developed and recommended by recognized industry boards and industry associations, which may be stand-alone or linked with a technical vocational institution.
