The regional skills competition in three regions drew to a close with new batches of technical vocational trainees emerging as winners and earning the right to compete at the national level. The Central Luzon (Region 3) meet, conducted from September 14 to 16, was dominated by the province of Bataan, bagging seven gold, three silver and one bronze.
