Speaking before hundreds of employees, officials and scholars of Integrated Microelectronics Inc (IMI),  Alliance Mansols Inc (AMI) and Testech Inc ,  Pres. Aquino commended the partnership  betwen TESDA and  the Semiconductors and Electronics Industries in the Phils (SEIPI)  in their efforts to train scholars under the Training for Work Scholarship Program.  This program recorded a 98% employment rate among its graduates who are deployed in the various member companies of SEIPI.  He also said that the government will continue to find ways to provide jobs and skills training needed by Filipinos in order to address certain emploment problems such as job mismatch.
