2014 Customer Satisfaction Survey Result
How our customers in Calabarzon region respond to programs offered and services rendered or even support provided remains a great determinant on our performance as a government agency. The customers' reactions are an important insight of whether the programs and services we offered satisfied them or not. Analyzing their reactions enable our agency to uncover some valuable information that can serve as a strategic guide for our decision-making especially our weak points that need to be improved or enhanced. Our customers rated us on the two main programs, Assessment and Certification and Program Registration. Part of the survey also include the agency's other Services provided to clients.
All Services Provided
The ideal satisfaction rate that an operating unit should get is 95% per month. The graph shows that the satisfaction ratings of all operating units per month are too high above the ideal 95%. Correspondingly, the average satisfaction rating per operating unit is above 95% which imply that customers in all operating units during the period were all very satisfied with the services they got from TESDA offices in CALABARZON, However on a monthly basis, Rizal, and Laguna registered thier lowest satisfaction rating at 99% in February, March and April respectively, Nevertheless, this has no negative impact on the performance of said office.
Commendably, Four operaring units- The Regional Office, Cavite, Batangas and Quezon got 100% satisfaction ratings per month from January to December 2014.
