The Community-Based Training Program (CBTP) for PV Systems Installer (PV Systems Installation NC II) was successfully conducted by TESDA PTC–Rosario in partnership with the Philippine Navy for 25 Philippine Navy personnel from December 29, 2025 to January 15, 2026.

The program combined classroom instruction and hands-on training, enabling participants to develop competencies in PV system installation, proper use of tools and equipment, safety practices, and system testing and commissioning, and prepared them for National Certification in PV Systems Installation NC II.
