The Provincial Federation of the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines, Inc. (PYAP) held its 1st Quarterly Meeting on March 12, 2025, at the Provincial Capitol Compound, Lucena City, Quezon. A key agenda was the presentation of TESDA programs and services available to out-of-school youth (OSY), facilitated by Ms. Maria Lourdes Y. Aurin, Registrar III of Quezon National Agricultural School (QNAS).

Ms. Aurin introduced TESDA-registered programs, outlining entry requirements and scholarship opportunities, including the benefits of availing specific training programs.

The meeting gathered 48 participants, including municipal PYAP presidents, staff, and focal persons. The initiative aimed to raise awareness of TESDA's inclusive programs, ensuring that OSY members can access skills training and career development opportunities.
