TESDA Quezon, led by Provincial Director Benito G. Reyes, and the Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division Offices of Lucena City and Tayabas City reaffirmed their commitment to the free Senior High School (SHS) Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Track Assessment for Certification program during a meeting on February 5, 2025, at the TESDA Quezon Provincial Office.

The meeting focused on enhancing the program’s implementation to equip SHS graduates with industry-relevant competencies, boosting their employability and career readiness. Discussions also covered strategies to expand outreach and ensure all eligible students benefit from the initiative.

PD Reyes underscored the importance of aligning education with industry standards, while DepEd representatives, Ms. Nancy D. La Rosa (SDO-Lucena) and Mr. Louie Fulledo (SDO-Tayabas), provided updates on the ongoing assessment program.
