TESDA Calabarzon gears up for the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.  Its quality journey is in full swing having started preparations since March last year.  Towing the line of  "providing quality service at all times,"  the ISO challenge and excitement  has gone down to the level of its provincial offices.  "ISO is the magic word," says the Regional Operations Chief Ava Heidi dela Torre.   "You say it and everybody gets on their feet, with excitement."

The ISO certification will  focus on TESDA's two major programs, competency assessment and certification and program registration.  The certification audit is expected to be conducted from March to April this year.
