On September 22, the skills training programs for residents affected  by the construction of Cavitex , will start.  The training programs are Electrical Installation and Maintenance and Dressmaking.  In partnership with Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA),  Provincial Training Center (PTC)  Rosario will conduct the trainings at Toclong, Kawit, Cavite as part of its outreach training program.  

Rizal Bautista, PTC Rosario Administrator says, "The skills training is a component of the PRA's holistic program to ensure that the relocated residents are given new skills to make them more employable."
