WINGS- CAC, TESDA 4A's quality circle for competency assessment and certification headed by TESDA-Laguna PD Al Arriola required all 4A TESDA Reps to attend the calibration last January 30, 2017.  Going through several workshops, the TESDA Reps were reviewed on their roles and responsibilities before, during and after the assessment.  Pre and post tests were administered to determine their level of knowledge on their important participation in the competency assessment activity.  Gaps, negative and positive findings regarding the role of TESDA Reps were also shared based on the results of the compliance audit of assessment centers.
