- Students and Workers may apply for a skills assessment at any TESDA-Accredited Assessment Centers from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The following are the requirements:

1. Filled-up 2 pcs Application Form
2. 4 pcs pictures (colored, passport size, white backgrounds wih name printed at the back)
3. Accomplished Self Assessment Guide.

Assessment fees vary depending on the trade area or qualification.  Example: assessment fee for Computer Hardware Servicing NC II is PhP350.00
