TESDA Sec Joel Villanueva and Chef Boy Logro were featured in the "Idol ko si Chef, Idol ko si Sec" skills showdown last August 29 during the 20th TESDA Anniversary.   Chef Boy prepared baked lobster and prawn thermidore with hollandaise sauce.  Sec Joel, a certified Barista prepared cappucino, espresso, frappe, latte and mocha.  Chef Boy used the coffee latte of Sec Joel as ingredient for  the hollandaise sauce.  The audience enjoyed the thermidore with coffee prepared by the two TVET celebtrity-advocates.

"Idol ko si Chef, Idol ko si Sec" was the first skills showdown and was one of the highlights of the TESDA Anniversary.  Due to the very favorable feedback , the "Idol ko si Chef, Idol ko si Sec" will be held in different  provinces and regions.
